摘要 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在肾移植术后急性排斥反应诊断的临床应用与价值。方法采用双功能彩色多普勒超声动态观察97例肾移植术后患者移植肾的形态结构和血流动力学。结果22例发生急性排斥反应的移植肾的彩色多普勒超声具有特征性改变,表现为皮质出现片状无回声区;移植肾体积增大超过5%;肾窦回声消失;RI值升高,与移植肾功能稳定组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双功能彩色多普勒超声可动态、有效及时地监测移植肾的急性排斥反应。 Objective To study the application and the value of color Doppler ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of acute rejection after kidney transplantation. Methods Ninty-seven renal allograft recipients were monitored by color Doppler ultrasound post-transplantation and during early rejection. The morphological waveforms and the resistive index (RI) were evaluated. Results Twenty-two patients occured acute rejection after transplantation,these grafts had specific ultrasonic imaging, such as anechoic lesions in cortex,renal volume enlargement 〉 5 %,and loss echo of renal sinus,and showed greater increasing of RI than that grafts which had no rejection ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound can be used to monitor acute renal transplant rejection timely and effectively.
