摘要
研究不同氮源对红酵母RY-2004胞内外色素含量的影响,并通过正交实验优化了红酵母产胞外色素的培养基组成。实验结果表明以NH4H2PO4为氮源,培养基组成为CH3CH2OH3%、NH4H2PO43%、Mg-SO40.1%,ZnSO40.05%,有利于红酵母产胞外色素。
Effect of nitrogen source on exo- cell pigment production of strain Rhodotorula sp. RY - 2004 were investigated.The compositions of medium were optimized with orthogonal test .The results showed that the optimum nitrogen source was NH4H2PO4 and the optimum medium was as follows:CH3CH2OH3%,NH4H2PO4 3%,MgSO400.1%,ZnSO40.05%.
