南京军区南京总医院全军普通外科研究所是全国仅有的几十个卓越专科之一。从20世纪90年代初至今,医院以科学的发展观统揽学科全面建设与发展,取得了了卓越成效。本文重点从“不选主峰择偏峰,开创亚洲小肠移植先河”、“很抓基础建设与拳头技术,保持整体特色”、“以战创伤需要为主要研究方向,团结协作攻关”、“注重人才建设,培养跨世纪医学人才创新能力”、“创新管理方法,完善管理机制”五个方面,介绍了南京军区南京总医院全军普通外科研究所超常规发展的经验,以期对医院管理者和学科带头人有所裨益。

As one of only tens of outstanding specialty institutions of medical specialty in China, the Research Institute of General Surgery PLA of Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Command experienced a vigorous course of romantic development from the beginning of 1990s to this day. The leaders of hospital using scientific views of development to command the subjects all-sided constructing and developing have acquired superexcellence achievement. In order to introduce the experience of the development exceeding the conventionality in Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Command, the present article emphasizes on five aspects, including being a forerunner of the transplantation of small intestine in Asia by shunning the highest peak to reach the partial one, maintaining the holistic characteristic with the advance side by side of several specialties, tackling key problem with researchful orientation of clinical demand by solidarity and cooperation, attaching importance to educational reformation while bringing up high-grade personnel with the ability of innovation and the innovation of administering methods and mechanisms .
