摘要
目的:探讨医院病案归档现状及其对统计信息质量的影响。方法:随机抽取出院患者7220份病案,计算病案归档率。结果:全院整体病案归档水平距标准要求尚有差距。结论:医院应注重加强职业医师培训、建立病案归档信息发布制度和奖惩机制、实现病案归档程序化管理。
Objective： Discussing the pigeonhole of medical records of the hospital and its impact on the quality of statistics data. Methods ： The rate of pigeonhole of 7220 medical records from hospital patients is calculated by random sample. Results： There is a big gap between the level of pigeonhole of the hospital and that of the standards of military hospitals. Conclusion： The training of professional physicians as well as the release of pigeonhole information and rewards and punishment of the medical records should be stressed so as to realize the formulizing management of pigeonhole of medical records.
