摘要
为降低因聘用护士流失给医院造成的损失。笔者通过对2001年至2003年医院聘用护士的流失原因分别从护士自身因素和医院因素二方面进行分析,提出采用流失风险识别、风险防范、风险控制等有效的风险管理策略,达到降低流失风险,确保护理工作连续有效。
To lower the loss of engaged nurse flow in hospital, the author analyzed reasons of losing engaged nurses from nurse and hospital from 2001 to 2003. Then put forward viewpoints as adopting risk strategy as risk recognition, risk prevention and risk control to lower risk and keep the nursing continuous and effective.
