推进县域民营经济产业集群的战略思考

A Strategy on Industrial Clusters in the Development of Non-State Owned County Economy

民营经济是发展县域经济的主力军,壮大县域经济,就要大力发展民营经济。而具有资源禀赋优势、独具特色的民营经济产业集群是发展县域经济的着力点,是发展县域经济的重要途径。本文认为,推进县域民营经济产业集群应该做到政府推动型和民间发动型产业集群的结合、产业集群和特色经济的结合、产业集群和城镇化的结合、产业集群和劳动力转移的结合。

Non-state owned economy now is a main force in county economy. So to develop characteristic industrial clusters of non-state owned economy with resource advantages is the key point and important way in the development of county economy. This paper poses that to advance industrial clusters of non-state owned economy in county must integrate governmental with nongovernmental clusters, and industrial clusters with characteristic economy, townization, and labor force transference.
