人力资源价值及其计量模式探讨

Human Resource Value:a Research on Its Determinants and Measurement Model

本文根据人力资本产权与制度安排以及行为科学与管理心理学的基本理论搭建了一个人力资源价值的理论分析框架,将人力资源价值分为内在价值(人力资源价值的持有态)和实现价值(人力资源价值的实现态),并分析其影响因素和价值形态的转化过程,在此基础上设计了一个融定性与定量计量于一体的人力资源实现价值计量方法体系。

Based on human capital property and managerial psychology theory, the paper establishes a framework to analyze human resource value. Firstly, the paper points out the two states of human resource value, the intrinsic value （the holding state） and the realized value （the realized state）, then analyzes its determinants based on the transforming process from the intrinsic value to the realized value. By the above analysis, the paper sets up a synthetic model to measure the realized value.
