摘要
人力资源内在矛盾是人力资源管理的根本依据。学术界对人力资源的研究集中在管理上,人力资源内在矛盾研究是薄弱环节。本文对组织人力资源内在十个方面矛盾进行了分析,在此基础上提出了解决组织人力资源内在矛盾五个方面的思路,目的在于为人力资源管理提供依据。
The internal contradictions of human resources are the fundamental bases of human resource management.Since the study on its management is focused on, the study on internal contradictions of humam resource is insufficient. This article analyzes ten internal contradictions of human resources in organization, and brings forward related solutions in five aspects to provide foundations for human resource management.
