摘要
管理是企业生存的基础,变革是企业发展的动力。但是,管理也可能成为企业发展的障碍,变革也可能将企业引入误途。要使企业可持续发展,必须做好对管理的变革和对变革的管理。组织的生机来自于对管理的变革,组织变革的效益来自于对变革的管理。变革的管理要重视“5W1H”的设计、实施与平衡。
Management is the basic support for enterprises'existence and change is the dynamics for enterprises' development. Anyway, management could be the barrier for enterprises' development and change could induce the enterprises to wrong ways. In order to keep sustainable development, management should be changed properly and, change should be managed well, Enterprises' vitality comes from change on the management, and the effectiveness of the organizational change comes from management on change. which should be made with the attention to the design, practice and good balance of “5W1H”.
