摘要
目的:了解国窖1573在急慢性肝损伤时是否会加重肝损伤。方法:用硫代乙酰胺造大鼠急性肝损伤模型;用四氯化碳造大鼠慢性肝损伤模型。结果:国窖1573不增加急性肝损伤大鼠的GOP、GTP,其坏死的程度、坏死灶的大小与模型组比较无显著的区别(P>0.05)。肝细胞变性的程度及肝纤维化的程度在组织学上与模型组比较无明显区别。结论:国窖1573对大鼠急慢性肝损伤无加重损伤的作用。
Objective: To observe whether GuoJiao 1573 (GJ) should aggravate hepatic damnification when the liver were injured. Metheods: Used thioacetamide induced acute hepatic injury and used carbon tetrachloride induced chronic hepatic injury. Results: GuoJiao 1573 did not enhance GOP, GTP of acute hepatic injury rats(P〉0.05). That the degree of putrescence, the size of putrescence ranges, the degree of denaturalization of liver cell and the degree of liver fibre had no significant difference compared with model group. Concision: GuoJiao 1573 did not aggravate hepatic damnification when the liver were injured.
