合并高校医学教育的发展策略和措施

The strategies and measures of medical education development for the merged universities

合并组建的综合性大学以其学科齐全、科研力量雄厚的整体优势,为高等医学教育提供了学术、师资和物质上的补充和支持,对培养复合型、应用型医学人才具有十分重要的作用。然而,在高校合并的磨合过程中,仍然或多或少地暴露出对医学教育规律和特殊性认识不足的问题,一定程度上影响着医学教育的发展。本文就地方医学院校的特点、并入综合性大学后的运作模式与运行机制的现状和问题进行了分析;对合并后的医学院校如何主动适应综合性大学的管理模式,综合性大学应当如何尊重医学教育自身的特点等问题进行了探讨。

Comprehensive universities exist some obvious advantages on the educational condition, ability of scientific research and complete scientific subjects, it become a strong support for the higher medical education on learning, persons qualified to teach and material, it is important for bring up the persons with ability of compound and apply. But, a lot of problems remain to be solved during the period of merger or conformity in the new comprehensive universities include cognitive inadequacy for the particularity and rule of higher medical education. Based on the characteristic of local medical college which had been merged into university and its current situation or existent problems in operational mode, this paper points out that in order to forward the higher medical education in comprehensive universities, it is necessary to reflect from the administrative mechanism used in university after analyzing the particularity and rule in the higher medical education.
