小城镇绿色住宅产业技术研究与开发国家住宅与居住环境工程技术研究中心主办本文通过对小城镇住宅产业技术的调研结果进行分析,对建立小城镇住宅部品体系的方法与意义进行阐述。

Based on the analysis from February 2004 to July of teamwork investigation 2005, the paper studies the element system of housing, a key issue in housing industrialization of urban towns. A framework of establishing element system of housing is presented with coherent methodology introduced.
