摘要
晋江在其特有的民营经济发展模式下快速发展的同时,也在不断的转变。它的变化引起了劳动力结构的变化。人口的变化情况对晋江经济的发展又起到了重要影响。通过对晋江陈埭镇劳动力结构的变化分析,指出陈埭经济发展中急缺的三类人才、制约人才留住的主要因素和提供满足未来发展所需人才的对策建议。
While Jinjiang Municipality is developing rapidly with its special development model of nonstate-operated economy, it is changing unceasingly at the same time. Its change has brought about the change of labor structure. Its change of population has also affected its economic development. Through the analysis of the change of labor structure, this paper points out: three kinds of talented people urgently needed in the economic development of Chendai Town, main reasons why not keeping talents stays and suggestions and countermeasures for providing talents to be wanted in future development.
