摘要
采用文献资料等研究方法,利用运动生理学、肌肉力学的基本原理,从肌肉的不同类型及不同工作形式出发,对爆发力基本训练方法进行研究分析,提出了个人的见解及训练方法的有关设想,以期望发现和挖掘运动员的爆发力潜能,从而达到提高运动成绩的目的。
By applying the research method of literature data and using the basic theory of athletics physiology and muscle dynamics, this essay studies and analyzes the basic training methods of eruptivity starting from different types of muscles and working styles, and proposes some personal opinions and relative thinking of training methods with the hope of discovering and developing the potential eruptivity of athletes and hereby achieving the aim of improving the performance of sports.
