通过对学校体育教学改革中教师的角色转变、体育教学的评价机制、师资队伍建设的阐述,指出学校体育教育改革要以“健康第一”为指导原则。

School P. E teaching should adhere to the“principle of health first”as guiding principle in this paper the author discuss three aspects in P.E. teaching reformation. Those are the teachers role change,the mechanism of P.E. valuation and the construction of P.E. teachers team.
