高职学生心理健康教育对策探析

On Students’ Psychological Education in Vocational College

心理咨询是高职学生心理健康教育的有效途径,应遵循发展性、教育性原则,紧密联系学生的实际,结合行业及相关内容,突出职业特点,全面普及心理卫生知识,团体辅导为主,个别咨询为辅,教师积极主动,走进学生,重实效。建立学生自助、互助机制,学校、家庭共同作用,形成全员参与机制。

The students＇ psychological consultation in vocational colleges should follow principles of expansibility and educability,contact reality of students, combine with industry and correlative contents, focus on professional characteristic,popularize knowledge of mental health,give priority to group tutorship and individual consultation. Teachers should actively initiate and approach students. At last,with the participation of families and the entire personnel, student＇s mechanism of self-help and mutual help should be set up.
