Elements which influence industrial accumulation include local demand, product differentiation, market link and trade cost. A common characteristic of the four elements is their close relation to market including factor market, market of final consumption goods and market of intermediate input products. In the market mechanism of incomplete competition, trade cost, relations within industries and among industries, there is a balance between accumulation and decentralization. Study of these elements will render people a correct recognition to the influence of economic integrity on industrial migration and the effect of backbone industries and accumulative rent upon regional economy.
