摘要
用琼脂稀释法对亚胺培南/西司他丁等7种抗生素进行了对临床分离的104株耐甲氧西林金葡球菌(MRSA)和120株甲氧西林敏感的金葡球菌(MSSA)的体外抗菌活性比较,结果表明亚胺培南/西司他丁和去甲万古霉素的抗菌活性最强,对MRSA的MIC_(90)分别为4和2μg/ml,对MSSA的MIC_(90)为1和2μg/ml。其它5种抗生素对MRSA的抑菌作用均较差。但其中的头孢唑林和头孢拉定对MSSA的抑菌作用较好,120株MSSA对两者的敏感率分别为90%和74.17%。
The in vitro susceptibilities of 104 strains of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) and 120 methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus(MSSA)to seven antibiotics(including imipenem/cilastatin, norvancomycin, cefazolin,cefradine,penicillin G, ampicillin and lincomycin ) were determined by the agar dilution method.Results demonstrated that imipenem/cilastatin and norvancomycin were among the strengest,the MIC_(90) of imipenem/ cilastatin and norvancomycin that inhibited MRSA tested were 4 and 2 μg/ml, of MSSA were 1 and 2μg/ml, respectively. But the in vitro antibacterial activities against MRSA of all other five kinds of antibiotics were disappointed.However, the antibacterial activities of cefazolin and cefradine against MSSA were more active than the others, and 90%and 74. 14% of MSSA were susceptible, respectively.
