Determination of Heavy Metals and Harmful Elements in Traditional Chinese Medicine by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry

中药中重金属及有害元素残留是影响中药安全性的重要因素,本研究建立了采用原子吸收法测定中药中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜的方法,介绍了试验条件的准备、样品前处理及检测过程中对操作的具体要求、主要注意事项等,以期为中药中重金属残留研究及《中国药典》2005年版的顺利实施提供参考。

The residue of heavy metals and harmful elements is the important factors which can influence the safety of TCM, This report establish an AAS method for the determination of lead ,cadmium,arsenic ,mercury and copper in TCM ,introduce the testing conditions,sample preparation,detailed analytic procedures and the main advices. We hope to provide some references for the research of harmful elements residue in TCM.
