摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定小儿氨酚伪麻分散片的含量。方法:选用Kromasil C1815×0.46cm5μm色谱柱,甲醇-0.01mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾-三乙胺(20∶80∶0.02),检测波长为215nm,流速为1.0ml·min^(-1)。结果:对乙酰氨基酚在1.039~4.155μg范围内呈线性关系;盐酸伪麻黄碱在0.0968~0.3873μg范围内呈线性关系。结论:该法具有准确,简便,快速,灵敏等特点。
Objective:A high performance liquid chromatography method was established to determine the content of Paracetamol and Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride Dispersible Tablets for Children, Methods:The determination was carried out with Kromasil C18 ( 15 × 0.46cm, 5μm ) column, using methanol-potassium dihydrogen phosphate ( 0.01mol · L^-1 )-triethylamine (20 : 80 : 0.02)as the mobile phase. The flow rate was controlled at 1ml · min^-1 and detected wavelength at 215nm. Result:The linear range of Paracetamol was from 1. 039 to 4. 155μg and the linear range of Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride was from 0. 09683 to 0. 3873μg. Conclusions:This HPLC method was precise,efficient ,fast,as well as sensitive.
