管理学理论在土地管理工作中的应用研究——以土地整理为例

Studies on the Application of Management Theory in the Land Management——A Case Study on the Land Rearrangment

面对我国日益严峻的人地关系,如何实现土地资源的可持续利用,土地管理工作是关键。近年来我国出现的诸多土地问题说明了我国土地管理工作水平的不足,如何提高我国土地管理工作的水平迫在眉睫。本文从管理学角度出发,讨论了管理学理论在我国土地整理中的应用,并对土地整理工作提出了具体的建议和意见。

Facing the increasing difficult relationship between the land and human, how to realize the sustainable land resource use？ The key is the land management. In recent years, the large quality problems exists in the land use, it is critical to improve the level of the land management in our country. In this text, the application of management science in the land rearrangment from the viewpoint of management science is discussed and some suggestions are raised on the land rearrangment.
