Some Advices on the Reform of Land Acquisition System

随着社会主义经济快速的发展,现行的征地制度暴露出越来越多的缺陷,故而征地制度亟待完善。本文通过对现行土地征地制度存在缺陷的分析,提出了与当前社会经济背景相适应的征地制度改革思路。

With the development of society and economy, the current running mode of land acquisition system has exposed more and more shortcomings. By analyzing the existing shortcomings of land acquisition system, this paper puts forward some new advice on the reform of land acquisition system.
