本文在认识房地产泡沫特点的基础上,深入分析了房地产泡沫形成机理,从而提出了防范房地产泡沫的措施。
In this article, by understanding the chavacters of real estate froth, the author analyzes the formative mechanics of real estate froth, and put forwards the countermeasure of real estate froth.
