本文通过阐述地理信息系统(GIS)技术发展现状,结合面向土地管理业务办公的土地信息系统,提出了建立在 GIS技术基础上的土地规划管理信息系统建设的实现方法和功能要求。

In this article, through analyzing the present technological development of geographic information system （GIS） and the service work of land information system in the land management, the author propose the realized method and the function request of land planning management system based on the GIS technology.
