有着"天下第一泉"之称的趵突泉在全国人的心目中仿佛是泉的代名词,在济南人的心目中,趵突泉更是自己的荣耀.然而,就是这样一个泉城济南城市的象征,近30年时间里每年都喷喷停停,时间进入2005年,这个被乾隆御笔册封的天下第一泉如今状况如何呢?为此,本刊记者专程赶往山东,实地感受了趵突泉几十年的衰与荣.
