老年性白内障患者术后P_(300)的改变

Changes of P300 in post-operation patients suffer from senile cataract.

本文采用Nicolet公司Compect Four电生理仪对30例正常人及年龄匹配的双眼老年性白内障36例分别测定事件相关电位(ERP),发现双眼白内障患者有明显的P_(300)潜时延长.其中随访到20例视力恢复达0.3以上患者於人工晶体术后3～5周内重复测定ERP,与术前做配对t检验,发现术后较术前有明显的 P_(300)潜时缩短(P<0.001)和P_3波幅的显著提高(P<0.05).表明白内障患者术后认知功能的改善与恢复.

In this research, the author studied the (ERP) P300 in 36 patients of senile cataract and 30 age-matched controls with the Nicolet Compect four eletrodiagotic system. Normal values and appropriate conditions were established. It was revealed that in the senile cataract group with more significant prolonged P300 latency compared in the control, There was a significant difference between the both ( P <0. 01). P300 were retested 3-5 weeks after the IOL implantation inthe 20 patients with visual acuity of 0. 3 or more. We found the lantency of N2,P300 became siginificant shortened ( P <0. 05, P <0. 001) and the amplitude of P300 enhanced ( P <0. 05).
