眼球挫伤后锌与视诱发电位的关系

The relationship between zine serum and visual evoked potential after the contusion of eyeball.

本文对1991年11月至1993年12月的130例眼挫伤的血清锌与视诱发电位改变的关系做了分析.眼底有改变而锌值异常73例(56.15%),VEP异常77例(59.23%).分析了视乳头挫伤、黄斑部挫伤两者改变关系呈正相关.眼底正常而锌值异常19例(14.61%),VEP异常13例(10%),在此方面两者改变关系也极密切.

The various relationship between zine serum and visual evoked potential (VEP) was analysed among 130 cases of eyeball contusion from Nov. 1991 to Dec. 1993. There was change in the fundus but the zine value was abnormal in 73 cases (56. 15%). VEP was abnormal in 77 cases (59. 23%). The contusions of optic papillae and macula were analysed and showed that there was of the direct ratio. Normal fundus but abnormal zine value in 19 cases (14. 61%),while abnormal VEP in 13 cases (10%). In this respect,both are closely related.
