本文报告15例白内障膨胀期伴发闭角型青光眼大发作的人工晶体植入术,效果良好,对这种手术的技术问题作了介绍.

15 cases with secondary glaucoma following swelling of senile cataract were implanted posterior intraocular lens. All the patients gained better vision. The technique was introduced.
