Active Development of Cooperative Economic Organizations:an Efective Ways of Solving the Issues of Agriculture,Peasants,and Rural Areas

解决“三农”问题的切入点是“农民”问题。农民需要一个能引导自己“下海冲浪”的平台、一个自己拥有话语权的组织———农业合作经济组织。我们在发展农业合作经济组织时,应当适应时代的要求,结合自己的实际情况应用相应的发展模式,同时根据实际情况进行必要的制度创新。

The key of the Issues of Agriculture, Peasants and Rural Areas is ＂the peasants＇ problems＂. The peasants in China need a platform such as Cooperative Economic Organization,by which they may enjoy surfing in market economy and may convey their opinions to others. During the active development of cooperative economic organizations,we should modify our policies according to the demands of the era and utilize the corresponding development model. If necessary,we should innovate systematically.
