摘要 目的探讨氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(OX-LDL)与冠状动脉病变严重程度之间的关系。方法对114例临床诊断冠心病的患者进行冠状动脉造影检查,同时采用酶联免疫吸附法等方法测定患者血浆OX-LDL及血脂水平。结果冠心病组(n=72)血浆XO-LDL水平显著高于非冠心病组(n=42),且随冠状动脉病变支数的增加,血浆OX-LDL水平逐渐增高,直线相关分析显示血浆OX-LDL水平与冠状动脉病变严重度积分呈显著正相关(P<0·01)。结论冠心病患者血浆OX-LDL水平与冠状动脉病变严重程度密切相关,可能对临床诊断冠心病具有一定的预测价值。 Objective To explore the relationship between plasma level of oxidized low-density lipoprotein (OX-LDL) and the severity of coronary artery lesion in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods Clinical diagnosis was coronary heart disease in 114 cases who had undergone coronary angiography and their plasma levels of OX-LDL were determined by ELISA. Results The levels of OX-LDL in patients with CHD ( n = 72 ) were not only significant higher than in those with non-CHD( n = 42 ) , but also corresponded to the increase of branch numbers of coronary artery lesion. A significant correlation analysis existed between the plasma levels of OX-LDL and the severity of coronary artery lesion( P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion The measurement of plasma levels of OX-LDL in patients with CHD might provide a method for forecasting the severity of coronary artery lesion.
