溶栓治疗对急性心肌梗死后起博器植入的影响

摘要 目的评价溶栓对急性心肌梗死后起搏器植入的影响。方法对南京军区南京总医院及我院急性心肌梗死患者620例进行回顾性分析,了解起搏器植入原因及溶栓对起博器植入的影响。结果起博器植入原因以Ⅲ度AVB多见。溶栓组129例,7例植入临时起搏器,起博器植入率为5·43%,未溶栓组491例,60例植入临时起博器,起博器植入率为12·22%,两组起搏器植入率有显著差异(P<0·05)。未溶栓组有Ⅲ例植入永久心脏起博器,植入率为0·51%。结论溶栓可显著降低起博器植入率。
