摘要
104例急性支气管炎或慢性支气管炎伴急性感染，治疗组采用清肺汤（鱼腥草、野荞表根、山海螺、桔梗、杏仁、桃仁、前胡、浙贝母、百部、鲜芦根、生甘草）经治62例．对照组采用蛇胆川贝胶囊经治42例，结果治疗组总有效率为95．16％，对照组总有效率为80．95％，治疗组明显优于对照组。
104 cases of brohchitis were divided into two groups, 62 patients were treated with qing fei decoctioh, the tesult showed that a total effective rate was 95. 16%; 42 patients were treated with shedan chuanbei capsule. the result showed that a total effective rate was 80. 95%. The effective rate of the qing fei decoction group was better than that of shedan chuanbei capsule group.
