Approaches to Improve Paper Formation

根据长期的生产实践,总结了一些改善纸张匀度的方法和措施。这些措施包括:减少长纤维的配比,选用合适的长纤维材种,安装除气器,调整上网浆料质量分数、饰面辊位置、刮水板角度、上网浆料着网点,保持上网浆料必要的振动等,采取以上措施使纸张的匀度得到了很大的改善。

In this paper, we summarized some methods and approaches to improve paper uniformity based on the long time practices of paper production. These include decreasing the ratio of long fiber, choosing suitable kind of long fiber, installiing deaerator and adjusting furnish consistency, dandy roll position, angle of wiper blade, impingement point of jet as well as keeping the neeessary vibration of the furnish on wire and so on. These methods improve paper uniformity signifieantly.
