摘要
唐钢针对H08焊接用盘条GB/T3429-2002标准的贯彻实施,通过大量数据统计分析,摸索出用在连铸坯上取样分析替代成品钢材的化学成分的检验方法,同时结合H08钢的生产工艺,制定唐钢内控标准,用合理的铸坯内控成分及边缘成分抽查管理办法来确保成品盘条的化学成分,并用盘条力学性能检验来验证成品盘条的最终产品质量。
Putting the GB/T 3429-2002, about the weld wire rods into practice, TG founds the analysis method for the slab sample replacing the method of the analysis for the finished product materials, with the statistics of large quantity data, and eombinative the H08 steel-making craft, TG established the irmer- standard, with the reasonable inner-controlled standard of slab chemical composition and the selective check method, TG makes the guarantee , to product quatity through the mechanic function examination.
