摘要
研究了贵州小稻蝗(Oxya hyia-intricata),山稻蝗(O.agarisa),中华稻蝗(O.chinensis)和上海稻蝗(O.shanghaiensis)等4种稻蝗的核型和C带。结果显示:4种稻蝗的染色体数目均为2n(♂)=22+XO=23,全部是端部着丝粒染色体;核型公式:2n(♂)=2X=23 t;NF=23;都可按相对长度分成L、M、S 3组;都具着丝粒C带,但端带和居间带不是每种每条染色体都有;异染色质总量是山稻蝗的(22.01%)最多,上海稻蝗的(20.13%)最少。
The karyotype and c-band patterns of the Oxya hyia-intricata, O. agarisa, O. chinensis, and O. shanghaiensis 4 Oxya species in Guizhou were investigated. The result showed that the chromosome numbers of 4 oxya species is 2n(♂) = 22 + XO = 23, and they are all terminal chromosomes ; the karyotype formulae are 2n (♂) = 2x = 2.3t, and NF = 23. The relative length can be divided into L,M and S three groups. They have all teleeentric-C-band,but they are not always terminal-C-band and mediacy-C-band. The total amount of heterochrmoatin of O. agarisa ( 22.01% ) is the largest, O. shaaghaiensis (20. 13% )is the smallest.
