翠菊切花瓶插保鲜液的研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过对不同保鲜液切花瓶插的寿命、观赏值、水分平衡值降为零的时间、鲜重变化率降为1的时间、花瓣可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖的含量等6个指标的分析:这6个指标之间的相关性呈显著正相关或极显著正相关,可作为切花保鲜剂筛选较为可靠的指标;6个指标分别在不同保鲜液中的差异表现极显著。保鲜液Ⅰ和Ⅱ在此6个指标上差异不显著,但保鲜液Ⅰ(2%蔗糖+200 mg.l-18—羟基喹柠+75 mg.l-1柠檬酸+50 mg.l-1氯化钴)更经济、实用、环保。保鲜液Ⅰ的配方作翠菊的切花保鲜效果最好,可供参考。 Through analysis on different preservative solution of the cut flower's vase life, ornamental value, the time of the hydrologic balance value to zero,the time of the fresh weight changing ratio to one,petal's soluble protein and soluble sugar. It showed the positive correlation or the most marked positive correlation during the six indexes , and they can be regarded as the reliable index to choose the cut flower's preservative solution; The six indexes showed the significant difference in different preservative solution. The preservative solution Ⅰ and Ⅱ showed the indistinctive difference on six indexes, but the Ⅰ (2% cane sugar + 200mg.l^-18-HQ + 75 mg.l^-1 ~ CA + 50 mg.l^-1 CoCl2 ) was more economical, applied , envionmental protective and longevous. As a resnh, preservative solution Ⅰ was the most effective holding solution for cut flower.
