吐温－80对雌三醇栓的溶出度影响

Effect of tween-80 on dissolution of estriol suppository

作者用ＨＰＬＣ测定雌三醇的含量，以乙醚３次提取后测定。吐温－８０能明显增加雌三醇栓的溶出度（Ｐ＜０．０１），Ｃ在０．５％～２．５％范围内，随吐温－８０浓度增加，Ｔ５０、Ｔｄ均减小，其最佳浓度为２％。

Was es-tablished ,tween-80 could increase the dissolution significantly with the increasing of tween-80 concentration. T50and Ta would redule in vange of 0. 5 %～ 2.5 %. The best concentration of tween80 was 2 %.
