Analysis on the lawful relationship of debtor's submission of the subject matter of an obligation to competent authorities

Debtor＇s submission of the subject matter of an obligation to competent authorities, in which every principal part torms intricate lawful relationships, is one of the inevitable methods to eliminate the debt. The authors analyze the lawful relationship of it from the civil law aspect, and define that debtor＇s submission of the subject matter of an obhgation to competent authorities is a series of storage relationship set up among the people who take charge of it, the proxy creditor, and the apparatus, which are involved in it. To analyze this, we can know the essence better, and also can easily restrict the share of responsibility among every principal part, as well as promote the development of this kind of undertaking.
