大黄对兔肾髓质中花生四烯酸代谢的影响

Effects of Rhubarb on Arachidonic Acid Metabolism in Renal Medulla of Rabbits

本文采用放射薄层层析、放射自显影等同位素技术,了解中药大黄对兔肾髓质中花生四烯酸代谢的影响。结果表明,大黄影响其代谢产物前列腺素 F_2 血栓素 B_,前列腺素 E_2,前列腺素 D_2、前列腺素 A_2的生物合成,且抑制作用呈现很好的量效关系。推测其机理为大黄抑制环氧化酶活性。

The effects of rhubarb on arachidonic acid metabolism in renal medulla of rabbits were studied in vitro with radiochromatography and radioautography.The results showed that radioactive agent was markedly reduced in the rhtibarb group and significant difference vs the control was observed (P<0.01).The results indicated that rhubarb blocked the biosynthesis of renal medulla PGE_2 and PGF_2α in a dose-dependent manner.Also the rhubarb inhibited the biosynthesis Of PGA_2 and TXB_2. It was suggested that the site of actiori of the rhubarb is at cyclooxygenase level.
