Demu Temple

离天拉萨，沿川藏线向东，我向德木洛色林进发。一整天的颠簸后，心仪已久的寺庙终于映入了眼帘。寺院耸立在小山顶上，落日正为它涂上亮丽的金黄，寺畔松涛阵阵，经幡轻扬，那就是我神往已久的圣地：德木洛色林——德木寺。

Departing from Lhasa, along the Sichuan-Tibet road, I set out to Demu. After one-day＇s bumpy journey, the temple that I had long admired for came into view. It soared up on a hilltop, which was dyed bright golden by the sunset. Demu Temple, with the soughing of the puffs of the wind in the pines and the flying sutra flags, was a holy land I had yearned for.
