摘要 概述海军使用高强度钢HY-80/100铸锻件中存在的氢脆与开裂、硬度过高和韧性不足、焊前预热成本费用高等主要问题,介绍了解决这些问题所采取的措施及其效果。 The paper summarizes the major problems in high - strength steel castings and forgings for navy components, e.g. hydrogen- assisted cracking(HAC) in castings, excessive hardness and low toughness resulting from improper heat treatment of the casting, and high costs due to preheat requirements when welding the castings or forgings during construction etc. , describe the solutions as well as its effects.
