摘要
高新技术是具有较大社会价值和经济价值的新兴技术或尖端技术。本文浅析军工科研院所在高新技术产业化项目管理时应采取的方式,即项目管理理念创新、拓展项目管理知识领域、项目管理技能创新。
High-tech is burgeoning or advanced technology that has greater social value and economic value. This paper analyzes the way that is adopted by military reseach institutes during high-tech industrialization project management, that is concept innovition, knowledge expansion and skill innovation of project management.
