农产品供应链中小型生产组织契约化管理问题研究

Study on Contract Management of Small-sized Producing Organization in the Farm Product Supply Chain

本文首先对农产品供应链管理及契约关系的内涵作了简要介绍,并指出在我国农产品供应链中,核心企业与小型生产组织的合作关系主要体现为弱契约关系特征。在对弱契约关系产生的原因进行分析的基础上,进一步论证一般契约关系是二者之间合作关系的一种理性选择。最后从核心企业、政府和农民合作组织的角度,探讨了如何通过契约化管理来保护小型生产组织的利益。

This paper begins with a brief introduction on the concept of farm product supply chain management and relevant contractual relation, and then presents that, in domestic farm product supply chains, the cooperative relation between the core enterprise and the small-sized producing organizations embodies the characteristics of weak contractual relation. Based on the analysis of causes of weak contractual relation, this paper further argues that the general contractual relation is a rational choice for them to cooperate. Finally, from the perspective of the core enterprise, government and farmer cooperation organizations, it explores how to protect the interests of small-sized producing organizations by contract management.
