摘要
正确认识并分析中心镇在城乡关系中的功能,对于解决“三农”问题意义重大。笔者从村镇建设的阶段历程出发,分析了中心镇崛起的发展背景和地位,探讨了中心镇的功能,确立了中心镇发展的原则,提出了中心镇发展的思路。
Realizing and analyzing function of center town in relationship between city and village is important for us to resolve the problem of peasants, agriculture and countryside. From the developing phase of construction in country ＆ town, the author analyzed the developing background and status about center town＇s arising and studied on function of center town. The developing principle was set up and the developing suggestion about center town was presented.
