摘要
本文分析了在同一个组织中各个经营单位之间知识共享程度的一些度量指标和影响跨单位知识共享效果的一些权变因素,提出了一个刻画跨单位知识共享与企业绩效的关系的系统化模型,研究了几种权变因素对跨单位知识共享和企业绩效关系的影响,指出了对企业管理的实际应用价值和意义。
This paper first proposes some measures characterizing the degree to which the cross- unit knowledge Sharing activities are undertaken and some contingencies influencing the relationship between cross - unit knowledge Sharing and firm performance. Then it builds a systematic model depicting the relationship between criss - unit knowledge share and finn performance. After that it analyzes the impacts of the contingencies on the cross- unit knowledge Sharing- finn performance relationship. Finally, the paper provides the empirical meaning of the presented model.
