摘要
信息系统开发项目具有很高的失败率,绝大多数项目不能在预算内按时交付满足用户需求的系统。本文从系统开发过程是一个社会技术系统这一观点出发,基于组织变革的社会—技术模型对信息系统开发项目的风险因素进行了系统的分析,为信息系统项目管理者有效的识别和控制项目风险提供借鉴。
The failure rate of information systems （IS） development projects is high , Most IS projects can＇ t be completed on time, within budget, and meet users＇ needs. From the view that the process of system development is a socio - technical system, this paper systematicly analyzes the common risk factors of information systems development projects based on the socio - technical model of organizational change,which helps IS project managers to identify and control project risks effectively.
