六方柱与六角片状CdS晶体的水热法生长 被引量:6

摘要 本研究工作先用CdCl2和S粉在120℃碱性水溶液中合成了CdS粉末前驱体,再以NaOH为矿化剂,不同的水热条件下分别生长了六方柱和六角片状的CdS晶体。用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及晶体显微照片对产物进行了表征,并分别探讨了水热条件与晶体形貌、六角片状晶体的大小与生长条件之间的关系。 CdS powders were synthesized by the reaction of sulfur with cadmium chlorid in the alkaline solution at 120℃. Then ,two different morphological forms of CdS crystals were grown in the basic medium using the pre-obtained CdS powders as precursors. One is a hexagonal prism, the other is regular hexagonal CdS flake. The as-prepared CdS samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the photos of crystals. We investigated the relations between the hydrothermal conditions and the morphological forms of CdS crystals and the growing conditions and the size of hexagonal CdS flakes.
