加氢催化剂器外预硫化技术的研究 被引量:21

摘要 采用加氢催化剂器外预硫化技术制备的催化剂具有持硫率高和放热效应低等特点。在体积空速2.5h-1、氢油体积比350、反应压力3.4MPa、反应温度350℃的条件下,器外预硫化催化剂的脱硫率为90.8%,脱氮率为78.6%,而器内预硫化催化剂的脱硫率为89.2%、脱氮率为75.1%,器外预硫化催化剂的加氢脱硫活性和加氢脱氮活性优于器内预硫化催化剂。 A technique for ex situ pre-sulfurization of hydrotreating catalyst was reported. The experimental results showed that as compared with the in-situ pre-sulfided catalyst the ex-situ presulfurized catalyst possessed higher hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrogenation activities, higher sulfur holding and lower exothermic effect during the start up of hydrotreating unit. Under the operating conditions of LHSV 2.5h^-1, hydrogen partial pressure 3.4MPa, reaction temperature 350℃ and a hydrogen to oil volume ratio of 350, the sulfur and nitrogen removal rates of said ex-situ presulfurized catalyst and the in-situ pre-sulfided catalyst were 90. 8% and 78.6%, 89. 2% and 75. 1%, respectively.
