摘要 研究了植物生长调节剂对番茄穴盘育苗徒长进行控制的浓度范围.结果表明,施用植物生长调节剂CCC、PP333可以达到控制幼苗徒长的目的,而且在一定浓度范围内可以提高幼苗和定植后植株的质量.综合考虑幼苗的生长发育状况,CCC的施用浓度在10~50 mg/L范围内,有利于控制番茄幼苗徒长,提高幼苗质量,以及促进第1花序的分化,提早采收期,提高第1穗果实的产量;浓度超过500mg/L以上,定植后会影响后期植株的生长发育,以至影响前期产量.在试验浓度内PP333最佳的施用浓度为10 mg/L;浓度超过50 mg/L,定植后残留期长,植株的生长明显受到抑制,第1穗果实的收获期延后,产量下降. Studies on the effect of the concentration scale of plant growth regulators on the overgrowth of tomato plug seedling showed that CCC and PP333 were able to control the overgrowth of tomato plug seedling. If the CCC and PP333 were in proper concentration scale, it coud improve the quality of both seedling and plant. According to the status of seedling growth, the use of CCC was propitious to control the overgrowth of seedling and increase the fruit quality of tomato seedling when the concentration of CCC was in the scale between 10 mg/L and 50 mg/L. In this condition, it was also propitious to promote the flower bud differentiation of the first inflorescence, ahead the harvest time and increase the fruit yield of the first spike tomato. On the contrary, if the concentration of CCC was over 500 mg/L, it would retard the growth of plant after being transplanted and reduce the prophase output. The best concentration of PP333 in this experiment was 10 mg/L. If the concentration was over 50 mg/L, the PP333 would have a long period of residual, which would obviously retard the growth of plant after being transplanted, delay the harvest time and decline the yield of the first spike tomato declined.
