资源约束下的制度与制度变迁——对诺思国家理论的补充

Institutions and Institutional Change under Resources Restraint:Supplement of Douglas North's Theory

有效率的产权制度为人们提供了正面的激励,促进了经济增长,所以制度是重要的。通过对诺思国家理论的延伸,我们得出结论,产权制度内生于资源的约束。一般情况下,贫乏的物质资源环境更可能导致无效率产权制度的出现。因此在进行比较制度分析时,应该深入到更基本的层面,看到制度背后的约束条件,即经济社会的资源状况。

The efficient property orders have offered the positive encouragement for human's behaviors, and enhanced the pace of economic growth, therefore the institution is important. By extending North's theory, we draw the conclusion that the property orders are endogenous from resources restraint. In general, the scarce material resources possibly cause the appearance of inefficient property orders. Therefore, when we carry on the comparison system analysis, we should penetrate into more basic aspects and look for the restraint conditions behind the system, namely resources conditions in society.
